PE Waxes
PE (polyethylene) wax is commonly used as an external lubricant in the production of PVC industry.
The major functions of PE wax in many formulations are to either provide lubrication and provide physical modification of a formula by changing viscosity and melt point.
Polyethylene wax can be used as a disperant, slip agent, resin additive, and mold release agent.
PE WAX is used as a high-efficiency lubricant in the processing of hard and soft PVC. It also acts as a dispersing agent in masterbach production. PE WAX gives the surface smoothness and a glossy surface to the product.
